3. Select the right meal plan for your needs. Depending on your personal needs, we have you covered. For optimum weight loss results, we recommend the 1500 calorie a day meal plan. If it’s lean muscle growth or conditioning, we recommend the 2200 calorie plan or, choose any of the other meal plans that are designed to give you total control over what you eat.

We do have a minimum spend online of $114.95 for our Lifestyle Pack however, if it’s individual meals you are after, they can be purchased at our retail outlet where are kitchen is also located. Feel free to come and visit, and watch your fresh meals being prepared by our chefs.

The choice is yours. Either choose your own meals within each meal plan or, let us do the work for you by selecting our predefined menu each week.

We are unfortunately unable to give you a specific time on your scheduled delivery day. We’ll do our best to deliver to your door as routinely in the afternoon on your delivery day as possible.

You don’t need to be home to receive your delivery as our product is delivered in a a Woolcool box which keeps temperatures as low as 2.5 degrees after a 24 hour period. Your delivery will generally be left at your front door or gate unless you have advised a specific location in the delivery notes when placing your order.

Yes, although, we have done all we can to keep this to a minimum for you. There is a $10 delivery charge upon checking out.

We have chosen to deliver our meals in materials that are better for our environment. We ask that you leave your Woolccol box at your door on your next delivery day for our driver to collect for recycling.

If security access is not possible, the team will leave your package at the main entrance door of your building. For any alternative arrangements or to amend your delivery details, please contact us.

There are no contracts or joining fees. You have total control. You can come and go as a customer or change to another meal plan as you please.

We care about online fraud, so we’ve used the worlds biggest and safest way to pay online. PayPal will accept all forms of credit cards and online payment systems. PayPal offers safety for you and us. A secure way to pay for your order online.

Your payment will be automatically deducted once you complete your order. Please contact Paypal if your payment is not going through. You can update your delivery details on our website or Contact us. Please contact Paypal direct, if you are experiencing any difficulties regarding your Paypal account or payments. Life Pack will never ask you for your personal information either by phone or emails.
